6.2 Limitation of Liability: While we are committed to excellence, schedule management, and consistent client feedback tracking, we are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or delays by any Partner or for any personal injuries, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be strictly limited to the total cost paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
6.3 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, design, logo, and structure of the Website and the Mangalmurti Travels brand are the exclusive property of Mangalmurti Travels and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any portion of the Website or brand assets without our express written permission.
